Third Rail Freight Corridor EIS

The EIS is on public exhibition from Wednesday 19 September to Monday 5 November 2012 and written submissions are invited during this time. The exhibition process allows for feedback from the community and other stakeholders to be considered and may result in modifications and improvements to the ETTT proposal. The EIS can be viewed at the following locations near Beecroft:

  1. I am not an engineer but can anyone explain why a freight rail line is not being considered along with the missing M2-F3 link from where the M7 becomes the M2? Why push this extra traffic through Sydney when its obvious the traffic wants out of Sydney?

    Build the M2-F3 link together with the freight line...you get two infrastructure projects for the price of one.
