The EIS is on public exhibition from Wednesday 19 September to Monday 5 November 2012 and written submissions are invited during this time. The exhibition process allows for feedback from the community and other stakeholders to be considered and may result in modifications and improvements to the ETTT proposal. I am not an engineer but can anyone explain why a freight rail line is not being considered along with the missing M2-F3 link from where the M7 becomes the M2? Why push this extra traffic through Sydney when its obvious the traffic wants out of Sydney?
